Public professional information only

This dashboard combines public physician references, non-sensitive manual credentialing updates and a draft service-scope/pricing worksheet. It is not a sensitive-document repository or a credentialing application submission system.

Allowed professional reference
Physician name, NPI, published professional credentials, specialty taxonomy, license number and state, official source link and last-checked date.
Not collected here
SSNs, dates of birth, personal addresses or contact details, banking or tax-account information, passwords, patient records, private credential documents and document uploads.

Public availability does not itself remove privacy, contractual or licensing obligations. The directory does not certify credentialing, licensure or compliance. Organization access remains protected.

  1. Select the authorized organization and reference public physician information.
  2. Review or update manual credentialing progress; work itself stays in the client system.
  3. Prepare an unsaved proposal with service scope, fees and update expectations.

Physician public professional profiles

One profile per physician NPI in your organization. Import only the physician’s published name, professional credentials, specialty taxonomy and license number/state from the official NPI Registry.

Preview only. Saving requires the reviewed public-profile migration and an authenticated Billing organization membership. No database or API connection is activated here.

NPI only. Do not paste an SSN, bank number, medical record or document. Staff membership and verified MFA are required to save.

An NPI or published license reference is not proof of current licensure, payer credentialing, network participation or permission to provide a regulated service.

2. Credentialing coordination status

Preview only. Status updates need the existing owned Billing identity, reviewed database and organization membership; no connection is activated here.

3. Onboarding, service scope and pricing worksheet

Business terms only. No personal details, private contracts, payment details or documents. Drafts stay in page memory and clear on organization change, sign-out or reload.

Requested coordination services

Draft only. Nothing is saved, sent, signed or billed.

Requested services · comments and review

Service-only draft. Analysis stays local. Only the separate submit button sends a confirmed request to your organization’s Billing queue; it does not send email or submit to a payer. Do not enter patient information, PTANs, SSNs, banking details, NPI numbers, passwords or private documents.

Requested coordination services

0/4000 characters. Automated screening is limited; review the text yourself before entering it. Leaving or reloading clears the unsaved draft.

Not connected: website intake sync, proposal storage/acceptance, email delivery and Microsoft Bookings. No uploads, external-system access, payer submission, claims or payment execution are enabled by this workflow.
